Check in Policies:

1. All foreign nationals must to carry a valid Passport, Visa / work permit and need to present it at the time of Check in at Hotel.
2. All Indian nationals have to present a government approved photo Identification proof and address details i.e. Driving License, Passport, Aadhar Card or Voter’s Card at the time of Check in at Hotel (Pan Card not accepted).
3. The hotel standard check in time is 14:00 hrs. & check out time is 12:00 Noon.
4. Unmarried Couple / Stay with Local City ID is strictly prohibited

Reservation & Payment Policies

1. Reservation Request must receive in writing. No verbal enquiries for reservation to be entertained.
2. 50 % Advance payment needs to be deposit at booking time to hold the accommodation on confirm basis and remaining payment need to clear 15 days prior to check-in.
3. No bookings will be confirmed unless advance received or having credit facilities with Hotel.
4. Advance payment is non-refundable – Amount can be adjusted in future booking subject to cancellation policy adhered.
5. The Hotel reserves the right to release the tentative status unless guaranteed by Credit Card, 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation less than 15 days prior to arrival, One-night retention will be charged.
2. In case of NO SHOW, 100% cancellation charges will be applicable.
